PURPOSE: An oil level sensing apparatus is provided to improve reliability of product by preventing erroneous operation indicating shortage of oil even when the oil leans toward one direction at the road with slope, while reducing parts count and assembly processes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a positive power plate(30) and a grounding line(40) coupled to a main body(20), respectively; an insulation cylinder(50) coupled in a vertical direction to the lower end of the positive power plate, and which has a through hole(52) for flow of oil; a pair of connection plates(62,64) attached at the inner surface of the insulation cylinder such that the connection plates are opposed with each other, wherein one of the connection plate is connected to the positive power plate and the other of the connection plate is connected to the grounding line through a power line(70); and a ball-type float(80) accommodated into the insulation cylinder, and which floats in accordance with the level of oil.
