CYLINDER OF SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SLIP OF THRUST BEARING ON BOUNDARY OF SWASH PLATE

PURPOSE: A cylinder of swash plate type compressor and device for preventing slip of thrust bearing on boundary of swash plate are provided to reduce noise and heat generated on contacting surface of both laces of the thrust bearing and a lace supportive surface of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: Outer surfaces of both laces(27,28) of a thrust bearing(24) supporting a plurality of rollers stored therein are formed to taper. Thick parts of the outer surfaces of both of the laces are assembled to cross each other. The outer surfaces the laces are formed to slant. Contacting surfaces of a swash plate(22) and a cylinder(20) contacting with both of the laces of the thrust bearing are slant surfaces(29,30) with sloping identical with both of the laces to prevent slip of the thrust bearing.
