PURPOSE: A self-control school management system is provided to accurately and objectively manage a school register and life by issuing an ID to respective students and managing the activity information of the student inside and outside of a school. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a main computer(1), a student electronic ID card(2) and a card sensor(3). The main computer receives and stores the use history of the ID card by each student. A central server connecting to the main computer stores all data by each student ID and outputs an evaluation data by a command of a manager. The ID card stores an intrinsic identification number for an individual student and confirms the usage of the student when the student checks in a facility equipped with the card sensor. The ID card is used for a confirmation key for a locker and is used for a bus and subway by applying an electronic card charging/payment system such as a telephone card and a fixed amount ticket. The card sensor transmits the information by detecting the ID card when the students use the school facilities and the registered facilities outside of the school.
