PURPOSE: A device for fixing an auxiliary mat in a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of a hook by controlling height of the hook and to conveniently release the hook. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing an auxiliary mat of a vehicle comprises an upper supporting plate(1) integrally formed with a lower supporting plate(2) by a connecting piece(3) on a carpet(7); a protrusion(4) formed on an opening unit of the upper supporting plate; a groove(5) mounted on the lower supporting plate corresponding to the protrusion; a supporting hole(9) formed on an auxiliary mat(8); a supporting pipe(20) mounted between the groove and the connecting piece; plural fixing grooves(21) mounted on the supporting pipe; a through hole(23) penetrating a hook(22); plural fixing protrusions(25) fixed on the fixing groove; a pin(26) inserted to the through hole. Thereby, the device for fixing the auxiliary mat of the vehicle prevents breakage of the hook by controlling height of the hook.
