METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEADER OF HEADER PIPE FOR CONDENSER AND HEADER OF HEADER PIPE FOR CONDENSER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing header of header pipe for condenser and header of header pipe for condenser using the same are provided to securely fix tubes. CONSTITUTION: A bent part(26) is formed by bending and attaching a guide burr generated around an inlet of a receiving hole(24) during formation of the receiving hole to an inner wall of the inlet of the receiving hole. A boundary between a rear side of the receiving hole and a fixing piece(27) is formed perpendicularly to expand contacting area of tubes brazed on the receiving hole. Both ends of a side burr(25) are extended to both ends of the rear side of the receiving hole. Clad material of the guide burr fixes the tubes by brazing.
