摘要

An air conditioner in which an electric/electronic parts unit (14) is disposed so that a longitudinal dimension thereof is not less than 1/3 of a longitudinal dimension of an indoor unit casing (1) or an air outlet (11). An indoor heat exchanger is thereby increased in size to increase the air conditioning efficiency of the air conditioner without increasing the size of an indoor unit casing body. Alternatively, the casing body can be formed compact without reducing the size of the indoor heat exchanger.
