PURPOSE: A rear under view connecting structure is provided to observe the rear of a vehicle stably by avoiding interference between a flip-up glass and a rear under view mirror when the flip-up glass is opened. CONSTITUTION: A rear under view connecting structure comprises a tail gate(2), a flip-up glass(5), a base(100), a stay(200), a supporting member(400). The tail gate(2) is upward and downward pivotally installed in the rear of a vehicle body. The flip-up glass(5) is rotatably connected to the upper front face of the tail gate(2) at the upper end thereof. The base(100) is fixedly installed in the upper end of one side of the tail gate(2). The stay(200) is hingedly connected to the base(100) at one end thereof. The stay(200) is provided at the opposite end thereof with a housing(300) to which a rear under view mirror is connected. The supporting member(400) variably supports the stay(200) about the flip-up glass(5) such that interference between the flip-up glass(5) and the rear under view mirror housing(300) is excluded.
