KEY INTERLOCK CABLE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A key interlock cable system is provided to apply the key interlock cable system in the limit space conveniently by connecting a slider and the cable for crossing an ignition key box. CONSTITUTION: A key interlock cable system is composed of a camshaft(60) actuating a start switch(58) with turning according to turn of the key; a slider installed perpendicularly to the camshaft to restrict turn of the camshaft; a runner(80) spaced from the slider in parallel, and connected to a shift lever of a transmission through a cable(85) to move linearly; a turning lever(90) placed between the slider and the runner, and turned according to linear motion of the runner to restrict the linear movement of the slider in not placing the shift lever at the P-range; a spring(75) supplying elastic force to move the slider to the turning lever; and a stopper(77) installed in the opposite of the spring to restrict the movement of the slider. The slider is connected to the cable with crossing the ignition key box. The key interlock cable system is used conveniently in the limit space with reducing the length of the system.
