PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain soup stock or soup for noodles, through using only flavor ingredient of Miso as a secret seasoning without bringing feeling of Miso taste. SOLUTION: This soup stock or soup for noodles is obtained by adding 0.1-3 wt.% of dripping Miso juice oozed from ripened Miso to soup stock or soup for noodles. |
