摘要 To produce an aerated dessert article, more particu- larly an article of ice confectionery containing flakes of crispy composition within its mass, a helix of aerated composition is formed from a permanently rotating extrusion nozzle with a rotary joint and a coating of chocolate is then applied by projection from a nozzle surrounding the helix, after which a mould advancing in steps is filled or an edible support passing continuously beneath the filling station is filled.
