PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently deliver an unsealed packaging from a bagging machine to a vacuum packaging machine to prevent any detachment from a delivering means of the packaging which is caused by oscillating inertia of the packaging, or any collision with a vacuum pressure-proof chamber in advance. SOLUTION: A link 61 is arranged between a movable propeller 59 rotatably supported by a stay 38 via a pin and a bracket 60 fixed to an arm 36 to constitute a parallel link mechanism 62. Even when the stay 38 is oscillated, the parallel link constituted of the stay 38 and the link 61 perpendicularly maintains the drooping line of a direct-acting motor mechanism 56 fixed to a supporting plate 63 which is horizontally protruded from the movable propeller 59 in a vertical direction. When a mouth of the unsealed packaging 35 supported by a clamp arm 34 is caught by a catching mechanism 50 installed on the stay 38, an attachment mechanism 57 pulled upwardly by an air cylinder 56 is brought into contact with a bottom surface of the packaging 35, and the packaging 35 can be delivered to a grip 40 in the pressure-proof chamber 30 without considerably inclining a hoisting attitude by a perpendicular maintaining means, i.e., the parallel link mechanism even when the stay 38 is rotated counterclockwise.
