PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device for a rubber product wherein a storage and a stock-adjustment can be performed, and the strength and the precision of the bonded section can be increased, and also, rubber products having different diameters can be manufactured while optionally regulating them, and in addition, a large number of semi-completed products can be simultaneously manufactured, and also, the heating and cooling efficiencies are favorable. SOLUTION: A vulcanization-molding is performed while at least one end section is kept under an unvulcanized state. At the same time, the length of the vulcanized section is made optionally adjustable. A heating plate 11 is constituted of a cooling zone C, a heating zone H, and a heating/cooling zone HC which is divided into a large number of sections. The numeral 11a is a heating medium introducing path, and 11b is a gap.
