PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic substance-coated steel product which is excellent in bonding durability, and wherein the anticorrosive life can be extended. SOLUTION: This organic substance-coated steel product has one or a plurality of layers of an organic resin film on the surface of the steel product. In this case, the organic resin film of the lowermost layer which comes into contact with the surface of the steel product contains 0.1 to 10 mass% of sodium molybdate and 0.1 to 10 mass% of ammonium molybdate. The particle diameters of the sodium molybdate and the ammonium molybdate are preferably set to be 0.1 to 200μm. Also, 0.5 to 10 mass% of a silane coupling agent may be contained.
