PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game card management device that can improve service to a player and contribute a benefit of cost increase suppression to a parlor manager. SOLUTION: Management is performed on a game card GC on which a monetary value equivalent to money can recorded on an updating basis and in which the monetary value is spent for every playing cycle. While the game card GC is automatically recovered when the monetary value becomes¥0, when the monetary value is spent to an amount (¥100) just before¥0, information is generated to allow a player to choose between continual spending and money insertion. If the money insertion is chosen, the monetary value corresponding to an amount of money taken in is recorded on the game card GC.
