摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the difficulty of forming a metallic band plate having a uniform plate thickness since the wall thickness fluctuates owing to various factors at the time of accelerating and decelerating the rolling stock to be rolled and to provide a plate thickness method capable of forming a uniform thickness of the metallic band plate after the gain correction calculated by the plate deformation signal from the thickness gauge in the outlet side being performed against the acceleration and deceleration output from the acceleration and deceleration correcting quantity calculating machine after the rolling load and rolling speed are input. SOLUTION: The accelerating and decelerating plate thickness correction method detects the plate thickness deformation of the metallic band plate with a thickness gauge in the outlet side of the rolling mill in order to prevent wall thickness fluctuations of the metallic band plate to be rolled generated from the acceleration and deceleration of the rolling mill, and confirms on-line the accelerating and decelerating plate thickness correcting effects in the running pass of the metallic band plate from the detected plate thickness deformation value, and based on the result, the gain of the accelerating and decelerating correction output is changed and the metallic band plate is amended automatically to the prescribed thickness. In this way, the correction result is confirmed by the plate thickness deformation detecting value of the plate thickness gauge in the rolling mill outlet side, and this confirmation corrects the gain of the accelerating and decelerating correction output and the accelerating and decelerating plate thickness correction is executed efficiently and correctly.</p>
