Proliferation promoters for enteric bifidobacteria, agents for elevating the ratio of reaching the intestine and intestinal environment improving agents which contain, as the active ingredient, soybean or a processed soybean product having been fermented by bifidobacteria. These proliferation promoters for enteric bifidobacteria, agents for elevating the ratio of reaching intestine and intestinal environment improving agents can not only elevate the ratio of reaching the intestine administered bifidobacteria to thereby induce the predominance of bifidobacteria in the intestinal flora but also lower the enteric bacteroides count involving so-called bad bacteria. Thus, it is expected that an excellent effect of improving the intestinal environment can be established thereby. |
