PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire with an incorporated air bladder formed that a punctured pneumatic tire having a low manufacturing cost and the slight increase in a weight and an air bladder can run safely a long distance without the occurrence of a failure in operation. SOLUTION: In a safety pneumatic tire having combination of a pneumatic tire and an incorporated air bladder, a reinforcing layer is formed at the air bladder along a peripheral direction. In the tread part earth region for rolling of an application load of an assembly of the safety pneumatic tire, where the pneumatic tire and the air bladder are individually filled with an internal pressure, and a rim, the air bladder has an outer peripheral surface to hold a gap between an reinforcing layer, serving as an outside diameter growth suppression member, and a tread part inner surface. Characteristics are provided that when only the inner pressure of the pneumatic tire is gauge pressure being zero, the reinforcing layer is elongated by 15% or more in a peripheral direction.
