<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fire preventing section penetrating member for performing easy execution, with which heat, fire and smoke, or the like, generated at one side of the partitioning part of a fire preventing section penetrating part are prevented from spreading to the other side even when a resin duct, a cable or a heat insulation coating pipe executed by penetrating the fire preventing section is deformed or burnt out when a fire occurs and to provide a fire preventing section penetrating part structure using the member. SOLUTION: The fire preventing section penetrating member is the member to be mounted on the resin duct, the cable or the heat insulation coating pipe 1 which penetrates the fire preventing section 3 arranged in the partitioning part of a building. The member is formed by a tape shape molding consisting of a thermal expansion material where expansion magnification is 5-40 times in the case of heating under 50 kw/m2 irradiation calorie and a breaking point load is >=1 N/cm2 when the heated thermal expansion material is compressed by 0.1 cm/s. The thickness of the tape shape molding is made to be 0.5-20% of the outer diameter of the resin duct, the cable or the heat insulation coating pipe and also the width of the molding is 25-150% of the thickness of the fire preventing section penetrating part.</p> |
