PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inserting an insert piece by which the conveyance operation is simplified, a molding cycle is shortened, a retaining mechanism for a blow cavity-type insert piece is dispensed with and the simplification of a structure and the saving of cost can be achieved. SOLUTION: This method for inserting an insert piece comprises the step to convey a handle 12 grabbed by a grabbing member 22 upto a retaining position A when a blow cavity mold 14 is clamped in such a state that the mold 14 is opened, and stop the handle 12, the step to clamp the blow cavity mold 14 in such a state that the handle 12 is retained at the retaining position A when the mold 14 is clamped with the help of the grabbing member 22 and make the mold 14 retain the handle 12 and set free the handle 12 grabbed by the grabbing member 22 from a grabbing state and retreat the member 22. |
