PURPOSE: A rubber plug of hermetic type compressor is provided to be detached from a pipe with small force. CONSTITUTION: A rubber plug includes a front part(30); a body(40); a taper part(60); and an insertion part(70). The front part has a slant guiding surface guiding insertion into a pipe(80). The body is inserted to the pipe integrally with the front part to closely be attached on an inner surface of the pipe. The taper part is integrally formed on a rear end of the body so that diameter thereof is linearly increased as withdrawing from the body. The insertion part is a hollow formed from the taper part through the body to a part of the front part. A pipe fixing part(50) is formed between the taper part and the body with discontinuous gap as thick as thickness of the pipe. The pipe fixing part contact with an outer surface of the pipe at obtuse angle.
