PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately delete unnecessary jobs in an image output system provided with a plurality of image output devices. SOLUTION: When designating a scrapping time and the storing destination and the storing period of a job for re-outputting and transmitting image data and an output form from a scanner to a server, the server registers these as a job, copies the image data and stores it as the job for re-outputting in the designated storing destination. Then, when a designated printer is able to perform the printing, the server transmits the registered job to the printer to perform printing. When it becomes the scrapping time designated before, the registered job is erased automatically by job management processing which is carried out by a back ground process (steps 194 and 196) and processing concerning the job is stopped. When a storing period expires, a re-output job being stored automatically is erased (steps 200 and 202). |
