PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of wire breaking even in the case that wire breaking occurs only in a part of system, in an input operation apparatus for a plurality of system used for a warm water heating system used for a plurality of systems. SOLUTION: Two systems of floor heating panels 22A and 22B capable of individual operation are connected to a warm water heating system 23. The main body controller 30 of the warm heating system 23 and a remote controller 21 are connected with each other by two pieces of communication lines corresponding to each system, and the remote controller 21 receives the supply of power from both communication lines. This remote controller monitors the communication state of the communication lines 31A and 31B and in case that the communication breaks for a certain time or over, it does not receives the switch input operation of the system.
