PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve problems that a responsive speed is slow, control precision is low or device costs are increased in either method in the case of slightly adjusting and changing a temperature gradient by detecting a dispersing quantity and adjusting a heat generating quantity in a heater or in the case of adjusting the heat generating quantity in the heater by detecting a temperature near an optical fiber, in the conventional light dispersing equalizer. SOLUTION: A V shaped groove is provided in a substrate, a temperature detector formed in a thin film shape is arranged in the V shaped groove, moreover the optical fiber is mounted onto the V shaped groove so as to come into contact with the temperature detector formed in the thin film shape, and further a plurality of heaters from a first heater to a Nth heater are arranged in the vicinity of the optical fiber mounted onto the V shaped groove. |
