PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot air circulation burning furnace in which variation of temperature distribution can be suppressed by uniform circulation of hot air even for articles, e.g. ceramic circuit boards, stacked in multistage through an incineration setter, and to produce stacked moldings with high yield while preventing warp or deformation. SOLUTION: A heating chamber 3 comprising a heater 13 for heating atmospheric gas, and a mixer 14 for mixing atmospheric gas and outer air and circulating the mixture gas, and a burning chamber 2 for heat treating a matter 15 to be sintered by heated gas are disposed contiguously in a burning furnace through a partition wall 5. The partition wall 5 is provided with an exhaust slit 9 and a supply slit 10 extending in the vertical direction of the furnace and ceramic moldings 15 are stacked in multistage through an burning setter 16 at the central part of the burning chamber 2 in the burning furnace and burned. |
