PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data managing device capable of managing the data with a small data capacity, a recording medium recording the data managing program, and a data managing method. SOLUTION: This data managing device has a data table for writing the data in a cell, a save macro program for storing the position information, in which the data of the data table is written, and the data corresponding to the position information in a text data, and a spreadsheet processing means for storing the data of the data table on the basis of the save macro program.
