PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely attach/detach a camera strap hanging hook. SOLUTION: A closing plate 2 constituted by integrally connecting a check plate 3 with a connection rod 4, a screw 5 and a washer 6 is loaded on a mount substrate 1 such that the plate 2 may freely slide in a horizontal direction, and a locking pin 7 biased upward by a coil spring 8 the shoulder part of the large neck pat 7c of which comes into contact with the rear side of the check pate 3 so that the pin 7 may be prevented from projecting upward. In a state where the opening is closed as shown in the Figure, the side part of the large neck part 7c of the locking pin 7 is fitted with the large diameter part 1e' of the swelled hole of the mount substrate 1, then, the pin 7 is prevented from sliding to the right. After releasing the fitting of the large neck part 7c and the large diameter part 1e' by depressing the locking pin 7, the check plate 3 is slid toward a small diameter part 1e" together with the closing plate 2 and the locking pin 7, then, the hook-like bent part 1a of the mount substrate 1 is separated from the pawl part 2a of the closing plate 2, then, the opening part is opened, so that the hanging hook is attached/detached to/from a strap attaching member 51.
