PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mutual interference of a radiation element for a plane antenna and a power-supply line. SOLUTION: The whole region of one surface of a substrate 18 is formed in a grounding surface 26, the other surface is formed in a pattern forming surface 24, the radiation elements 28 are mounted on the grounding surface 26 side under the state in which the elements 28 are floated from the grounding surface 26, the power-supply line 38 is formed to the pattern forming surface 24, the substrate 18 is penetrated by a power-supply tool 38, and the radiation elements 28 and the power-supply line 38 are connected.
