<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central maintenance system for a plant that can identify in incremental steps the cause or the like in accordance with the degree of difficulty in abnormality identification and can realize the satisfactory maintenance and management. SOLUTION: A data recording part 22 collectively records the data obtained from respective monitoring parts 7 to 12, and, if an abnormality occurs, at first, a first evaluation part 24 makes a predetermined abnormality evaluation. If the cause is not identified, a second evaluation part 25, on the basis of the information obtained from a home page 27, makes an abnormality evaluation. If the cause is not identified still, while the plant side and the manufacturing side are exchanging information through a telecommunication means 26, the manufacturing side, referring to the data stored in the data recording part 22, factors in the correlation between respective pieces of the data, identifies the abnormality cause and gives instructions on the measure.</p> |
