PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a boost actuator and limit excess fuel supply in warm starting while startability of an engine is ensured. SOLUTION: A meter 21 of a fuel injection pump is constituted so as to be capable of metering and moving through a governor lever 14, the boost actuator 26 is locked in a power point j of a rocking lever 31, and a rocking shaft Q of the rocking lever 31 is made displaceable with an actuator 40. The boost actuator 26 is interlocked with the rising delay of supercharging pressure P, and the increase movement of the meter 21 is suppressed with an action point K of the rocking lever 31. The governor lever 14 is faced to the meter 21 so as to be capable of separating from the fuel increase side, and the meter 21 is energized to the starting increase side with a start spring 18. In cold starting, the meter 21 is regulated in the starting increase position with the action point K locating on the fuel reduction side with no action of the actuator 40, and in warm starting, the meter 21 is regulated in the starting reduction position with the action point K locating on the fuel reduction side. |
