PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio communication terminal that can reduce a search time of a base station and suppress the power consumption. SOLUTION: A base station relating information database 16 stores information of a base station reported to the base station as a hand-off destination object in the past and a weight changing with a frequency when the base station is detected to be the hand-off destination object in cross-reference with cell information. When the mobile radio communication terminal again enters the same cell, the reception strength of a pilot signal of the base station with a higher weight stored in the base station relating information database 16 than base station information reported as a neighbor set list is measured with priority. Thus, the mobile radio communication terminal can quickly detect a base station being a hand-off destination object so as to reduce the search time of the base station and decrease the power consumption.
