PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake motion amplitude estimation method, a device thereof and a storage medium storing a program thereof capable of estimating amplitude of earthquake motion without inconsistency with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An acceleration response spectrum estimation expression for estimating calculating an acceleration response spectrum Sa showing the earthquake motion at an object point from a distance R between an earthquake center dislocationΔ, which is an occurrence source of the earthquake, to the object point and a magnitude M showing a scale of the earthquake is obtained based on a record of a past earthquake. The acceleration response spectrum Sa at the object point is estimated by giving the asked earthquake center dislocationΔand the magnitude M to the acceleration response spectrum estimation expression. From the thus calculated acceleration response spectrum Sa, various parameters, SI, IJMA, PGV, and PGA showing the amplitude of the earthquake motion at the object point are calculated. |
