PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice file transmission system which can send a voice file to a desired address through easy operation. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a setting means (CPU 21) which previously makes settings regarding electronic mail transmission including the transmission destination and transmission message of electronic mail, a list screen display means (CPU 21) which displays a list screen of voice files in an arbitrary folder on a display 23, a selecting means (operation member 24) which selects an arbitrary voice file from the list screen, a transmission indicating means (mail transmission button) which is arranged on the list screen and instructs the transmission of electronic mail, and a transmitting means (CPU 21) which sends the set electronic mail and also sends the selected voice file as an attached file when the transmission of the electronic mail is indicated by the transmission indicating means.
