PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality-detecting device for a thrust bearing capable of quickly discriminating the occurrence of an abnormality of the thrust bearing having a lining material of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A bearing-temperature monitoring device discriminates an abnormality of the thrust bearing when any of temperatures detected by a temperature-measuring element 12 in a bearing segment 4 exceeds the specified value.
