PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reservation system capable of properly reporting trouble information, when a trouble such as suspension occurs in a train, to a user reserving this train. SOLUTION: A reservation management host 9 inputs a train reservation request from a terminal apparatus 11 and passenger information with reporting method (reporting address terminal information) every importance level of trouble information added thereto through a communication host 13, retrieves a seat management device 8 to perform a reservation, and stores the decided train reservation information and the passenger information in a passenger reservation information database 12. The reservation management host 9 also sets importance levels to the trouble information from a train operation management system 10, and reports the trouble information to the reporting address terminal information every user who has reserved the train. |
