PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight, compact and high performance DC brushless motor which ensures superior magnetic efficiency from the structural viewpoint. SOLUTION: In an inner rotor magnet-type DC brushless motor, a cylindrical magnet of a rotor and a ring-shaped opposing yoke of a stator are provided opposed with each other via a gap as a drive system within the motor in both sides of a hexagonal molding-type cylindrical field coil, and the rotor magnet and the opposing yoke are disposed in almost the same length in the axial direction as the width of the field coil belt at the area near the center belt portion of the coil wire wound in linear fashion, in parallel with the axial direction of the field coil. Moreover, as the structure for the layout of the gap in the diameter direction to form a magnetic circuit, the inside-diameter side of the opposing yoke is made to engage with a stepped portion of the field coil belt width portion, to dispose air gap dimensions for the magnet within a narrow size area. |
