PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian guidance block information inputting device capable of inputting accurate position information and a situation in the surroundings into a guidance block to provide a system that allows a pedestrian, in particular, a visually handicapped person to reach his/her destination safely and easily. SOLUTION: In this pedestrian path guidance system in which a fixed recording medium F having a data transfer means G is installed on a path for guiding the pedestrian and an IC tag capable of dispensing with a battery and transferring data and having a nonvolatile memory is used in the recording medium F, a position measuring means B and a data transfer means C having a function for writing the information of a measuring position into the IC tag D are provided therein.
