PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent any reception failure due to the interference of a noise such as higher harmonics or spurious to be generated from a clock oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: This device is provided with first and second clock oscillation circuits 324 and 325 whose oscillation frequencies are different to be selectively used and a storage part 326 for storing the frequencies of a noise to be generated from the first clock oscillation circuit 324. At the time of switching to preliminarily set reception frequencies, when the switching reception frequencies are made matched with the frequencies of a noise stored in a storage part 326, and the first clock oscillation circuit 324 in which the frequencies of the noise are matched with the switching reception frequencies is used, the first clock oscillation circuit is switched to the second oscillation circuit in which the frequencies of the noise are not matched with the switching reception frequencies.
