PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation system with a rolling-sheet type air spring capable of ensuring easy construction or maintenance and its installing method. SOLUTION: In the vibration isolation system prepared between a lower base plate 30 and an upper base plate 68 located at the upper side of the lower base plate, the system comprises an inner cylinder 31 fixed in the lower base plate 30, an outer cylinder 43 surrounding the inner cylinder 31 and fixed in the upper base plate 68, a flexible rolling sheet member 44, in which the rolling sheet member is installed in the inner cylinder 31 in advance and is unfolded toward the outer cylinder 43, enclosing a compressed fluid in the inside, and a flexible, meshed cable body 67 stretching around along the rolling sheet member 44 by providing between the inner cylinder 31 and outer cylinder 43 and by fixing in the inner and outer cylinders 31 and 43.
