PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture that can control noise caused by temperature change when changing the on/off switching of a lamp. SOLUTION: This lighting fixture has a reflecting plate 13 in a fixture body 11, where the reflecting plate 13 is mounted to the fixture body 11 with mounting screws 36. A noise control members 41 contact at least the reflecting plate 13 at the portion where the reflecting plate 13 is mounted to the fixture body 11 with the mounting screws 36. The noise control members 41 has at least one characteristics out of the heat insulating characteristics, vibration absorbing characteristics and elasticity. The lighting fixture controls the noise by specifying the noise control characteristics and specifying the noise spot when changing the on/off switching of the lamp.
