<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system capable of taking appropriate and quick measures in emergency. SOLUTION: A user terminal 200 carried by each user is provided with a display screen, a radio communication means, a storing means for storing information on a user individual and an input-output device, a database 100 for communicating with each portable terminal is provided with a personal information storing means for storing information on the user individual of each portable terminal, a medical information storing means for storing information about a medical institution, a medicine store, medicines and the input-output device, and a communication means for communicating with each portable terminal, and the database identifies the user of the portable terminal by collating a part of personal information transmitted from a radio communication means with the information stored in the personal information storing means, and when the radio communication means transmits a specific signal, communication with the medical institution and any piece of information needed by the user among pieces of information stored in the medical information storing means are offered to the user terminal.</p> |
