PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor container floor structure effective for cooling molten fuel dropped inside a reactor container and ending an accident. SOLUTION: A double floor 17 structure is provided having a floor of a steel plate watertight structure on a reactor container concrete floor 16 upper part of a reactor container 3 lower part and it is composed as a flat concrete floor 16 with no recessed holes by housing a steel plate made drain sump tank 18 in its interior. By this, in a normal time, leakage detection is provided by detecting leaking water collected by the drain sump tank 18, and if by chance the molten fuel melts through a reactor pressure vessel 2 lower part and drops onto the double floor 17, it would melt the double floor 17 and the drain sump tank 18 and accumulate on a concrete floor 16 face in an even and thin state, and so a cooling effect of the molten fuel by accident management can be improved significantly.
