PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure comfortable bathing at a reserved time while intending energy saving in bath reservation operation. SOLUTION: There are provided a bath circulation circuit 16 where a bathtub 17 and a bath heat exchanger 3 are communicated through a forward pipe 18 and a return pipe 19 including a circulation pump 17, and a hot water supply circuit 7 where a water inlet pipe 8, a hot water supply heat exchanger 2, and a hot water outlet pipe 9 are coupled in succession. The foregoing bath circulation circuit 16 and the hot waster supply circuit 7 are communicated with each other through a hot water pouring circuit 23 branched from the hot water outlet pipe 9, and an automatic bath operation function is provided for performing additional boiling operation up to set temperature by the bath circulation circuit 16 after hot water pouring at a predetermined temperature lower than the set temperature via the hot water pouring circuit 23 to the foregoing bathtub 17. Further, there is provided a reservation timer means 28 for performing the foregoing automatic bathing operation before a predetermined time than the set time. Bath heat insulation operation is started with the arrival of the set time, whereby the bath is burned to the set temperature at the reserved time for assurance of comfortable bathing while ensuring energy saving.
