The chemical sensor (11) is inside the cold chamber (2) it is connected to an antenna (6,7) with connections to a control circuit (10). A bar code reader (13) is also installed in the chamber. The control circuit is connected to a memory (14) and a video display (9) also to a data transmission network (16) and a keyboard (18). There is also a radio connection to a remote control unit (17).
