The invention concerns a device for capturing a target molecule comprising a solid support whereon is immobilised a polymer capable of binding directly or indirectly with the target molecule, characterised in that in combination the polymer is hydrophilic and contains at least a monomer having at least a boron function. The invention also concerns a method for capturing a target molecule using said device.
