<p>An exercising stretching and backrest apparatus comprises a frame member defining a semi circular back stretching support (2), upon which a user may sit or lay, either on the back or his stomach, a backrest support (4) movably attached to the frame. The user may sit in a relaxed sitting posture and then utilizing the backrest support, or when the backrest is in a non-active substracted position underneath the back stretching support laying down, either facing toward or away from the backrest and then bending either forward or backward, and thereby utilizing the apparatus as an exercising apparatus. An optional headrest increases comfort, as well as seatbelt and handles that allow more secure and easier use when exercising.</p> |
