<p>When a database to be accessed is set up in a private network, a mobile user uses a public network, a contracted provider which connects the public network with the private network, the private network with the setup database, and a user terminal which has an IP capsule encrypting function for accessing the public network. The user terminal (10) connects with the contracted provider (300) via the public network (200) from outside and acquires an IP address from the contracted provider. The contracted provider (300) accesses the private network (100) on the basis of a request of the terminal. The private network (100) authenticates an access from the terminal (10), which encrypts communication and carries out IP capsulated communication via the public network (200) and the contracted provider (300).</p> |
