PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transfer paper is provided to improve the print property thereof by adopting various special print layers, and to achieve the mass production of high quality transfer paper capable of emitting far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a transfer paper is comprised of steps of; forming a primer non-conductive layer(2) by performing a corona process of paper or transparent synthetic resin film, forming a release agent layer on the bottom surface, coating its top surface with a transparent ink, and processing the other non-printed region thereof with a primer; forming a release agent layer(3) by printing on the top surface of the primer non-conductive layer with a release print paint; forming an aerosol layer(4); forming a hard print layer(5); forming a soft print layer(6); forming a resin finishing print layer(10); and a heat melting adhesive layer(7).
