PURPOSE: An exhaust gas cleaner for a vehicle is provided to improve the quality and durability of an exhaust gas cleaner by preventing the corrosion of a mat and to reduce the production cost by excluding an inner end cone and improving an outer end cone. CONSTITUTION: An end portion(42) of an end cone(40) of an exhaust gas cleaner(30) is bent toward the inner portion of a shell(33). The first bent portion(43) contacts an end portion(41) of the shell. A second bent portion(44) is formed by bending the first bent portion in the lengthwise direction of the shell. The second bent portion contacts the inner surface of a mat(32). Since the mat is separated from exhaust gas, the corrosion of the mat is avoided.
