PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide holding structure for a clearance hiding plate that can easily mount the clearance hiding plate even after mounting an eaves gutter. SOLUTION: This holding structure for the clearance hiding plate is provided with the eaves gutter 2, the clearance hiding plate 3 for hiding a clearance between the eaves gutter 2 and a fascia board 1, and a holder 4 for holding the clearance hiding plate 3. The holder 4 is provided with an engaging part 5, and eaves gutter side tongue part 6 and a fascia board side tongue part 7. The clearance hiding plate 3 is provided with a front side tongue part 8 and a rear side tongue part 9. An engaging part 5 is engaged with the eaves gutter 2, and the eaves gutter side tongue part 6 is fitted to the front side tongue part 8, while the fascia board side tongue part 7 is fitted to the rear side tongue part 9 to detachably hold the clearance hiding plate 3 to the eaves gutter 2 through the holder 4.
