PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot visual sense device capable of precisely recognizing a shape and a distance of an object around a robot. SOLUTION: Four multifunctional arms 10 to 13 are provided on a robot body 1 and a laser measurement device 20 is provided on a bottom surface of the robot body 1. The laser measurement device 20 irradiates a laser beam downwardly in order to scan an X-Y plane in zigzag or spirally. The shape and the distance of the ground and the object are precisely recognized by the reflected wave taken into a control device of the robot body 1, which reflects on control of the multifunctional arms 10 to 13.
